What Can I Expect?:
The participants will have training on multiple obstacles including tilted steps, balance, warped wall, and MORE! There will be coaches on the floor with the participants at all times.
What Should My Kid Wear?:
All participants are required to wear a workout shirt, workout pants/shorts, and CLOSED TOE TENNIS SHOES! Don't forget to wear your black to black out the gym!
